This event, part of the Open Library series, focused on digital transformation and how to communicate with young people using new technologies.
Held at the Marcallo con Casone library, the event featured the participation of the La Calla Association and media support from Radio Magenta.
Thanks to our collaboration with these two organizations, we showed event participants how the proper use of digital resources can effectively support activities aimed at young people.
Throughout the month, we explored the potential of podcasting and analyzed various communication tools designed to foster dialogue with young people. In particular, a member of our team, Victoria, shared strategies on using social media to convey effective messages to young audiences.
During the event, the La Calla Association demonstrated software useful not only for volunteering and social impact projects but also for initiatives specifically targeting young people.
Our project team had previously met with La Calla in December 2023; on that occasion, we saw firsthand how to register new group members, use apps for charitable fundraising, and much more.
Event preparation focused primarily on hands-on simulations of these digital tools, with the aim of showcasing them during the meeting. We therefore brought along and demonstrated the technology used for podcasting.
