Christmas Elf: Non-Formal Education for Erasmus+ Facilitators
December 3–11, 2026: "La Scala di Giacobbe" – Castelletto di Cuggiono (Milan), Italy
(December 3: arrival day – December 11: departure day)
What was the goal of the project?
The Christmas ELF (Education.Life.Facilitation) project is an intensive training course aimed at raising the quality of youth work through non-formal education and facilitation. Through hands-on, experiential learning, the training empowers youth workers, community leaders, and educators to master innovative and participatory methodologies.
Throughout the program, participants do not merely learn theory; they design, facilitate, and test their own activities within a safe and controlled environment. This enables them to gain the technical and pedagogical confidence needed to facilitate groups, foster inclusion, and multiply social impact by implementing creative and interactive initiatives directly in their home communities.
