On 20 and 21 February 2025, the "SEE BEYOND" project team organized a dissemination events in Magenta, Italy to present to local stakeholders the result of the project. The project has the following partners: Creative Center – Plovdiv (Bulgaria), RCPPPPO – Plovdiv (Bulgaria), Young Effect Association (Italy), and Asociația Tinerii 3D (Romania).
We presented then the platform created with all the tools that are available for families. The reason why the platform was created is that we envision a future where children with visual impairments are fully included in society, have equal access to education, and are equipped with the tools and skills to lead fulfilling lives.
So we offer a wide range of educational resources, including Braille textbooks and literary materials, tactile tools, and assistive technologies, to support the academic and personal development of children with visual impairments. Additionally, we provide consultations and a support forum for their families, addressing their specific needs. We are actively working to raise awareness about visual impairments and promote inclusion.
Together with the team we created a podcast in order to disseminate the information to a wider public. You can find the podcast at this link on Youtube.
