ALMA (Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve) è un programma cofinanziato dall'Unione Europea che rappresenta una delle migliori opportunità di mobilità e inserimento professionale a livello europeo.
Grazie alla collaborazione con un ente partner della Galizia nell'ambito dell'iniziativa Galicia Moza con Alma, il percorso è progettato in ogni dettaglio per offrirti un'esperienza internazionale sicura, strutturata e orientata ai risultati.
Un'esperienza di crescita personale e professionale
Durante il periodo trascorso presso la nostra associazione, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di accogliere giovani partecipanti al progetto ALMA e di accompagnarli in un percorso di crescita fatto di nuove esperienze, sfide e occasioni di apprendimento.
L'esperienza all'estero ha permesso ai ragazzi di confrontarsi con un nuovo contesto culturale e lavorativo, sviluppando competenze che vanno ben oltre l'ambito professionale.
Hanno avuto la possibilità di mettersi alla prova, acquisire maggiore autonomia, migliorare le proprie capacità linguistiche e rafforzare competenze trasversali come il lavoro di squadra, la comunicazione e l'adattabilità.
Un percorso accompagnato
Nel corso della loro permanenza, i partecipanti sono stati seguiti da tutor e operatori che li hanno supportati nelle attività quotidiane e nel loro percorso di apprendimento.
Anche la collaborazione tra gli enti coinvolti ha contribuito a creare un ambiente accogliente e stimolante, favorendo lo scambio di esperienze e la costruzione di relazioni significative.

ALMA (Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve) is a programme co-funded by the European Union, offering one of Europe's most valuable opportunities for international mobility and professional development.
Through our collaboration with a partner organisation in Galicia as part of the Galicia Moza con ALMA initiative, the programme is carefully designed to provide participants with a safe, well-structured international experience focused on personal and professional growth.
A Journey of Personal and Professional Growth
During their time with our association, we had the opportunity to welcome young participants from the ALMA project and support them on a journey of personal growth through new experiences, challenges, and learning opportunities.
Living and working abroad allowed them to immerse themselves in a different cultural and professional environment, helping them develop skills that go far beyond the workplace.
Throughout the experience, they had the opportunity to challenge themselves, become more independent, improve their language skills, and strengthen essential soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and adaptability.

Throughout their stay, the participants were guided by tutors and staff members who supported them in their daily activities and throughout their learning experience.
The collaboration between the partner organisations also helped create a welcoming and inspiring environment, encouraging the exchange of experiences and the development of meaningful personal and professional relationships.

A Venezuelan visual artist and singer, Lindbherg brought his creativity and artistic sensitivity to the project. He describes himself as a spontaneous, determined person with a deep passion for the arts in all their forms. He enjoys appreciating the small moments in everyday life, believing that they are the ones that create the most meaningful and lasting memories.
